With this international customer, a leading company in the field of water handling and management technologies, we successfully applied blockchain technologies, specifically in the field of access notarization.
The customer needed to track in a certain and immediate way the logins in their applications, whether by employees, agents, or customers (around 12 thousand people), but needed to do so in a segregated manner (what happens in a country must remain within the country) to be privacy compliant and to comply with the cryptographic rules of individual countries. In addition, the company wanted to enhance the internal business intelligence with data from the use of systems and website, without intermediaries.
We created a tracking system of log activities (login, logout and update profile), through ip and geolocation of 12,000 users, on blockchain technology to make good use of its by-design advantages. We activated 4 Corda nodes that allow data segregation and a direct digest on Business Intelligence, crossing the data of Google Analytics with the tracking of user modes, time slots, and geolocation. Finally, we guaranteed the privacy compliance of the individual country of reference.
